I emailed them twice in the past 20 days no response, then tried to fax but it didnt go through then sent them a letter on Thursday last week. got a standard response yesterday, checks are being made, cant give you a time frame blah blah, today is the 120th working day since we applied, fingers crossed.hassan786 wrote:Nothing at all just reply of my fax, thats just a standard reply.Doest matter who you fax ECO or ECM does,t make any diffrence.sumairc wrote:Hassan786 did you hear anything yet?

I'm planning on flying to Pakistan in the new few days because I've had enough off waiting however I will be only there until 9/11/2013 so that't two weeks. Now I made the application on the 22/05/13 and my 6 month are not up until 22/11/13, so will it be better if I wait until near that date and then fly so at-least I can go to the embassy if we haven't heard anything by then or can I go to the embassy now and ask about the progress?

Just incase they write to you asking for more documents or anything can be possible when it comes to BHC
I've just managed to send my documents to them and hopefully things will look up after eid holidays

Have you sent them something new, did you fax it? I've sent a letter explaining the misunderstanding they've had with my case and incorrectly putting application on hold but I'm really wondering whether it will have any effect... Wonder how long they r going to take to reply now!

You should get a solicitor involved. They usually help solve it. If I never involved mine I don't think I would have heard anything yet

According to UKBA website they process "95 per cent of settlement applications within 12 weeks and 100 per cent within 24 weeks of the application date" and my 24 weeks have been completed on 11th of October and I didn't hear any news about RFC.
