flro reconsideration

Hi every one,wish U the best of luck,who's are waiting for long time their visas and congratulations who's are succeed.
My story is I apply flro reconsideration for mum she over 65years medicall problems and nobody abroad to lookaffter her,even she can't travell abrod,as doc described in her letter.any way case timeline is
Flro applied 5sep2012.
Acknowledgement letter received nov2012
Bio M done feb2013
Decision still waiting
Mp involved aprill2013.
My local mp has contacted to homeoffice in may2013 again,he been told that her file was pending due to alots cases and back log,and her file going to be looked at by Ho.
24july again mp call them.they said file is been with case worker and we will heard decision with in 3month.end of august mp called again they said no decision yet been made.yesterday mp contacted again,their response that no further decision been made but file is still with case worker,and been told decision will be made end of oct2013.
Please pray for me

She should be granted LOTR/medical reasons.

If her health is so bad that travel is impossible like I said before she should be given leave. However, such leave is very difficult to get and you must bare that in mind. No-one can say what the decision will be, however, the stronger the evidence you sent the better your chances. Unfortunately, only greatly when the applicant is terminal.

Thanks for ur reply.
Still we haven't recived decision yet as ho told my mp in November that decision will be in two weeks.now its mid December now mp have contact them twice and the ho said decision is not been made yet.then my solicitors called them on last week they said the application is in final process but we can't give U the time scale. Can U advise me shall I take this matter to high court or shall I wait more

She is here with you and you are able to look after her. Why such a rush to get a decision? What is the urgency?

Don't be thinking you have constitutional right for a visa because you made an application. If HO turns nasty to you, you will spend your lives fortune to fight them, and still end up losing in the end.

Also don't get your hopes high if the application is based on GP letters. GP letters do not carry much weight.

I ve just recived refusal letter with no right of appeal.
No nice people are they?throwing 67old year woman out of this country which she got 7 kids British citizens and grand kids home live with.and abroad she got nobody to lookaffter her as her husband passed away.
What do U think readers what shoud we do now for her,should go for Jr or apply again affter12 month fresh application from abroad.which will be the good options.how long take Jr proceedings.please give us good advice I will much appreciate.

How old is her the youngest British kid in the UK? A refusal isn't unusual I'm afraid, especially in this category.
