Regarding my case,TS has requested for 3rd extension ,I have refused on 8th November after that there no any update...Hope is the best..

Inshallah i hope every 1 will get tier1 grant ASAP. This JR forum gave me good strength and courage to fight with TS and HO

@basra i hope they will send you consent order soon as ur reason of refusal is very small

Just an update on my Case I have withdrawn my JR yesterday as TS and HO agreed on my terms which i wanted so i hope i will get a positive result with in 4 weeks time scale which we all agreed

Thanks abu i will pray for u as well and all my friends on this forum. I tried my best to fight with them and now its waiting game again i had some positive attitude from them thats y took the JR out i hope they will grant me Leave ASAP as i want to attend my only sis wedding in Jan

So finger cross. Abu i asked my solicitor regarding your JR and whole situation my solicitor said they take normally 4 to 7 weeks so wait for few more days

Dont worry u still have 2 months in the bag what is the reason of ur refusal. I don't think so u have to apply bz ur case is in the court. you can get best advice from your Legal representative they can advice you in accordance with the immigration Law.
I hope u will get response before your visa expire

1 no land line number and email add
2 no access to funds
3 No date of issue in ID card of third party ect ect.
i m fed up now from lawyers of this country every lawyer has his own defination abt JR.
i asked my lawyer do i need visa while my case is in jr.He told me may be you have to apply but i will tell you on 15 december excetly.i m confused.i also asked abt my work on told me you are allowed to work and other told me you are not allowed o work during Jr.coz i got full time job

As far as I know u can work full time bz ur status is still in last grant of leave until ur current visa expire. That's funny ur solicitor don't know if I will hav chance I will ask my solicitor for u

Thanks adi786 i m worried about my job when my leave will expire, we are family of four and u know its very hard with out any work to run a family. i can only pray for every body cz i know how much every body spent for this visa. khuda hazif

Why did Home Office write that you do not have access to funds? Please, can you provide more information? Is it because you do not write the date of issue of the third party ID card?

@ inaya, if you can make all the correction to the previous application, why don't you submit a new application towards the end of your existing leave.

If submitting a fresh application is cheaper than JR, then that might be your best option..

Hi JR friends!

As I said before I have been called for interview on 21st nov. We could not attend the interview for some medical reason then we gave written evidence to ukba as well. At time of call to cancel interview I asked them to arrange enew date but they have said we will contact you again later.

according to my experience they are normally taking 3 extension to submit acknowledge of services and if they think they will loose in High court they offering out of court settlement which is basically reconsideration of an application
