Upper tribunal tomorrow advice

Post by hannahyoung » Sun Nov 17, 2013 10:09 pm

I am going to witness for a friend at the upper tribunal as immigration appealed against the first tribunals decision, but she wants me to lie about certain facts to the upper tribunal, which I don't feel comfortable about… plus would they catch me out?

How is the upper tribunal like? Is it like the first tribunal?

If you lie, then I would hope your friend loses appeal and both of you get caught, charged and go to prison.

Not the right forum for this.

You may have to take an oath. It may be an offence to lie on oath.
