Sorry to write your name again but I am in a fix so just want one opinion at least Please see my questions regarding Third party UK business manmagers for healthcare assistants letter on letter head,saying lloyds bank,commercial banking,healthcare team,xxxxx,his mob,addressof branch etc.
Will it be OK to use I have strongly requested to out my thrid party's [current acoount number as well.at least sy something.
if it is not ok I need to arrange few thousnads more pounds.
Its urgent as I am travelling back to home country to sort out funds.

@ ishfaqsangra, I am of the opinion that since the letter is from the third party bank manager, then it should be ok. The most important thing is the letter to be on the bank letterhead paper and maybe with stamp (not compulsory if on letterhead). And make sure that the third party account manager is authorised to issue such letter by the bank.

I hope gurus can shed more light on the issue.

Thanks a lot for your reply.As you are aware bank's dont have such policies but my third party requested him and he printed it on the letter head. ALTHOUGH letter head is bit specified as LLoyds Bank,on left corner,Comercial Banking ,on right corner,and under Comercial Banking,Healthcare Team,HIS NAME ,MOB Email.
and he stamped as
Birmingham Key Markets
LLoyds BANK
Their address.


To let you further know,LLods Bank has a policy to provide personal managers to GP's who are known as Healthcare Teams.This is what my third party told me.
I was with my accountant today and he said it shoud be fine and even can be defended as he is an authorised person for third party from Lloyds.

Business is trading since last month,two cheques have been paid in,cheques been paid out,authorised accountant,and I AM genuinly working with two practices,have copies of thier cheques for company,and also printng out log in pages from the sysytem when I go on sites and use clinical sysytems just as a proof that I am working for both of them and in surgeries,clinical systems are server hosted and your log ins can be traced whenever required,soI am more than 100% confident in what I am doing,I have worked very hard to learn GP practice managment and recently completed NHS certificates for improvement as well,
I have a question which I will post in seperate thread regarding dependent application.

Yes I have authorised him for everything and asked to prepare interim accounts before I submit my application.
I also asked for an an investment letter as well and aslo to stamp my directors loan agrement(unsecured and subordinated in favour of third party) for company for little amount.as I have to spend a little extra than the company is gettnig in.
