Appeal & 10 years long journey advise need please??

Dear Friends, I had applied tier 1 entrepreneur visa in june , anyway my time line is below!!

1. Applied tier 1 entrepreneur: 29 june 2013
2.Biometric : 20the august 2013
3. Visa refusal : 6the october 2013
4. Appeal lodge within time
5.Hearning allocated 20the may 2014

Entry clearance : 26--08--2004
came in UK : 17--09--2004

10 Years journey going to complete in 15 august 2014 if i consider 17 September 2004(Before 28 days eligibility) , would you guys advice me how i can complete two and half month period while with outstanding appeal to complete my 10 years lawful status.
either i can adjourn my appeal if yes than what would you advised me basis on sickness or any other tricky way ..
please any comments would be appreciate .

i v an almost same seniro
my 10 years is already completed n few weeks up now but my hearing date of an appeal is today lets see wat happen .
i applied as a team memeber of t1
funds in the uk 25 k each
reason for refusal is not mentioning my name on my partner accouant #
my partner visa refused for same reason
but 10 years completed
my lawyer suggest me to put a long residency application after hearing lets see wats outcome
