I would send in your old passport if you used it to gain entry into the country over the last 5 years.
last 5 years of p60
3 current pay slips
I assume you're applying on the basis of having exercised your EEA treaty rights? If not, you do not need this.
wife naturalisation certificate i am applying base of 5 years plus 1 year PR do i need to send my wife copies of passport she is dual national Maltese and British.
Why do you need this if you're applying on the basis of 5 years residency? If you're applying on the basis of 5 years residency, you do not need to include this.

Alternatively, if you are applying on the basis of being married to a British citizen, you should submit your partner's naturalisation certificate or her British passport (or copy thereof) and your marriage or civil partnership certificate. However, you then only need to demonstrate 3 years residency and would not need to include the P60s and payslips.

Also - do not forget to include the payment slip form with payment details.
