Question on Countersignature

Hello,

Can I ask my friend (Software engineer) to sign for my British passport application? If rejected by Home office, will my money be returned? Cheers.

They will write you if you need to provide another satisfactory counter signatory, at this stage they help you as best as they can to ensure you get through with your application. You are a BC at this stage!
