Passport application filling help

Hi,

I completed my ceremony and got my naturalisation certificate recently. I am now filling passport application form. I am bit confused about SECTION 3 in the form. The question in the form is:
Have you had or been included on any sort of passport before?
Could some tell me which option I need to tick. eg. YES or NO.

Clearly if you have a passport from your country of birth, you tick yes and provide the details.
