hello shreen, you should have included the bank statements showing money leaving their account and going into your accounts, that's what i did but don't worry i have seen many peoples visas granted by just including the declaration with signatures :D
Thanks :) and im sure if they want to see the statement then they will ask for it right ? And not jus out right refuse on that basis alone for not providing 3rd party statement !!!!

@King2be

I met my solicitor today, after much convincing that he done next to nothing for a visa application that he ws instructed to do, he agreed to do the appeal/reapply at no extra cost.regarding the whole situation, i spoke to my solicitor and another, they have both suggested i should go for a appeal and once the case is seen by ECM i have a very good chance for the decision to be overturned and my wife's visa being issued. Only once i have got all my evidence together, which shouldn't take too long about 3-4 days.

@Asim, your right, i will be doing it myself, JazakAllah for all the advice everyone gave.

Thanks Fawad :)
Really appreciate it.

Also where do the applications get processed?
As in our email it stated that its been received at the BHC in Islamabad and its getting prepared for one of the ECO to see it.

I thought it gets sent to the BHC in Dubai and the decision gets made there. I could have heard wrong .

Hi guys gonna be applying very soon! Need some help, would appreciate anyone's advice!

Is it OK or would it matter if i gave 7 months bank statements/payslips instead of 6?

If I get my last bank statement printed off at the bank is it OK for the cashier to sign n stamp it or does it have to be the branch manager who signs it?

And can someone confirm for me that the payslip date should match the date on the bank statement when the pay came in?!

And I know we can include our employment contract letter but do we also need another letter from employer stating all the required details like name/address/national insurance number/date of employment/gross pay etc.

Because my dad thinks the last two points don't matter lol

Thanks :-)

hey , i would advise you to give 6 months cz i have seen ECO getting confused alot of time due to this....

as long as those are stamped by bank (anyone can do it) its fine

your dad is right for last 2 points , but please make sure employment contract u got must reflect complete details

good luck...just to be on the safe side....join "immigration board'' page on fb and post the same there as well to get answers in much detail from batley khan. He is doing great work but you need to donate some amount to charity before getting advise from him. I believe he also created this forum :) good luck

Hi Sophia, the date on the payslips don't have to match, as long as the date is near when you get paid into your account.
Don't worry mine are the same.

For example:
On one of my bank statement I got paid on the 30th and on my payslip it had the date 28th.

As long as the ECO can see clearly that you are getting paid every month or every week depending on when you get paid then your fine .
