Yes, doctors and nurses do not count toward the RCoS allocations from July 2018

They aren’t included in the cap now. But we still need RCOS. And our applications have been submitted on the 5th for the same.

My employer has applied for July month with 50 points. People who are getting RCOS with 50 points are applying this month for the first time or applied in previous month's too?
Congratulations for everyone who received already and best wishes for everyone who is waiting. Thanks
I have been waiting for 8 months now @ 50 points!
Why 8 months?
Should you not have got through in Jan/Feb/April?
I had lower salary back then, got bumped up to 50k in May.

@blitzkrieg333 50 pts not approved for 8 mnths? You should have had lesser points prior to April and got salary revised to 50 pts later. correct?
Good guess. That's 100% correct.

Probably you are getting through this month.
But, did your employer undertake new Rmlt for higher salary?
From what I know, if employer decides to increase salary they need to conduct a new RMLT.

You cannot switch within the UK to a Tier 2 visa from the RC that you hold, i.e. EEA Route (not a spousal visa). You must apply outside the UK.

Also, this topic is specifically for Restricted CoS, which is for applications outside the UK.

Yes, correct. Still doesn't explain your question of '
or is everyone here applying from outside the UK', as you clearly will be too.

I was also in the same situation. Got my salary revised to get 50 pts and yes my employer had to do a fresh RLMT. Because of that I had to miss the june allocation. Applied for july month now.
Also having seen similar questions in the past like yours, I have seen members saying that you will not need a fresh RLMT if the advertisement had mentioned competitive as the salary bracket. I am not sure what my employer had in their first RLMT. But I know they did a fresh one after raising the salary.

All employers apply for RCoS within the UK. All visa applications are made outside the UK, so your point is not really relevant as doesn't matter where the applicant is, they still have the same process to follow as those outside the UK. People waiting within the UK are usually waiting for a UCoS for an extension of a Tier 2 visa or switching from a category that is allowed to within the UK.

The user has already stated 'granted'. What more do you need the user to confirm exactly??

Amen to that. Thanks.
Although, I haven't heard from my employer yet!
Regarding the RLMT, when I was bumped up, my recruiter told me that my employer always has multiple active RLMTs in place for various salaries, because they are always in search of candidates to hire.
So my guess is that they might have assigned a 50k RLMT against my case, when they applied with revised salary in May.

The official HO link will only be published in a couple of weeks, it is too early now as approvals are still coming through today and likely the next few days.
