Sorry to bother you all again, but I have just noticed that my entry stamp at the Heathrow airport on June 2008 is in my Old passport, which was stapled to my new one, so now the case is that in my new passport which I sent to apply for ILR, they can see my entry on 2010, but no stamps before that, eventhough the visa is from 2009 to 2012.. Do you think this is the issue?

Only UKBA will know what the real Issue is!! Like I advised you send the old Passport and Immigration History on Monday.
Call and let them know that you have sent what thery have requesated for. Surely they would have mentioned in their letter as to the dead line date, for them to receive the requested information. You are only imagining what the issue is and worrying your self unnecessarily.

Only worry is whether you have taken a stand " Why you are asking My Old Passport", I am not sending to you(UKBA). Hope that is not the case.

Don't worry every thing will end well.
