Hi Polecat,
When you were dealing with this did you happen to send an email to NewDelhi.VisaEvidentialFlexibilityReply@fco.gov.uk?

if yes - did you get any automated acknowledgement that your mail was received or any other acnowledgement?

I have recently sent some information to this mail address for a visa application but have not received any acknowledgement and hence wanted to check.
