URGENT PLEASE HELP asap !!
I was tryingt o make IHS payment online but for reason the card kept declining. Now it is directing me to start application again.
Does that mean I start all over fresh again with new application form ?
What happens to the one already on website- Incomplete application ?
Will this have any bearing on the outcome of Visa ?
Any prompt reply will be extremely helpful !! please help
