I can't advise you i am in same boat as you are. you registered your marriage in NL so did you legalised it from indian embassy in NL and attested from ministry of foreign affairs of NL in NL?

when you registered your marriage in nl authority and they accept it that means my marriage certificate fullfilled all criteria.

I have also international marriage certificate issued by dutch govt. so it is fully authentic otherwise not possible to get this

Try to write emails to eu home affairs dept maybe they can help i m not sure which is better appeal is also an option.... you have to work out the possibilities... best wishes

appeal in french i cant
why should i appeal all my things are authentic and i dont know on which ground i should make a appeal
they refuse the visa illegaly only eu commissioner can sort it out
