Queries Regarding T1 Ent ILR extension (Both main applicant and dependent)

Me and my wife has got both names on Tenancy Agreement , Council and some other letters addressing both our names.
Me and my wife doesn't share any joint account

I have only joint account with my team member that is business bank account.

So I believe it won't be necessary in my case what do you say ?

You just have to answer individually who is relates to.

For example if you are filling out your own application and you are providing bank accounts in joint names with your wife, then yes.
Then, look at your wifes form. And if she is relying on documents in joint names then yes she has to give consent also

Okay. I cant comment on it as I have not filled out a dependant form.
But anyways, I think sending wifes consent would not harm. Its always better to send. Its only one page and one signature. So better to send rather than stay in confusion. Thats my personal opinion.
