Hi,

Someone i know went for his biometric appointment on 9th January with my husband. And he received his bisa today. I still had nothing came through. They said, awaiting decision.

They will ask you for your surname, type of visa you appied for and GWF number. I think they don’t have access to all the information. All they say is awaiting decision everytime i called. So I don’t think there is a point to call them before your 30th working day.

Keep us posted though. Good luck. Insha’ALLAH we will receive goodnews soon. :)

Im sure it should be fine, as long as they felt everything felt genuine, people get nervous. As long as payslips match hours worked, and were deposited in your bank and you have statements to match. Should be fine. One, two minor mistakes in your phone interview, should be okay.

dont think it should be issue. i read someone elses case on here a couple of days ago, they got there hours mixed up, but by quite a lot and also there were discrepancies in their payslips and what was deposited in bank. As long as your boss just mixed up by one hour on phone interview but all your paperwork is fine, dont think it should be an issue.

its okay, you said Sunday is overtime, so you are not contracted to work that. i work 37.5 hours a week contracted but always do overtime every week, but this varies every week depending on when im free to work it. you'll be fine.

if they do ring me i wont be able to give them a exact day and time, it varies every week, dont worry.

its okay, you said Sunday is overtime, so you are not contracted to work that. i work 37.5 hours a week contracted but always do overtime every week, but this varies every week depending on when im free to work it. you'll be fine.

if they do ring me i wont be able to give them a exact day and time, it varies every week, dont worry.
i didn't state official that sunday is overtime
just stated i work sundays aswell
its a genuine job but home office can make this confusing really worrried hope application is ok just a waiting game now :(
I miss 1 call today. They didn’t leave a message or anything. So i called them on that paid number they said my application is still awaiting decision. She said, they will attempt to 2 more time so if i miss that call. They will make a decision. It’s worrying me soooo much. Its only been 3 weeks.
Dont worry just make sure you answer next time they call and keep your phone on you
they are dealing with your case same time as around mine then as i got a call yesterday

Yeah. Just have to wait. The call centre doesn’t have much information. :(

when was your biometrics, i know you stated, you sent documents on the 9th January, it usually takes 6 weeks from biometrics for priority service. my biometrics were the 7th January, so my 6 weeks are up on 18th February.

My husband biometric apt was on 8th Jan. my 30 working days would be on 19th February. They said we can escalate after 30th working day if we don’t hear anything on priority application. Hopefully we all have an update by end of next week. Its really worrying me too now. Its just about luck i think 🤔. Someone had their biometric apt on 9th and they received their visa yesterday. It just makes me think how they priorities their work. On top of this, call centre is just a money making business for them. They don’t hold any info. When i asked i had a call. She said, don’t worry they will attempt to call you 3 times so dont miss the next one 😏. Well everyone who’s waiting, same timeline as myself please keep us posted. It gives us a little hope.
