Update:

Appealed against visa refusal through a solicitor yesterday (he said it could be a year before the hearing etc..)

He suggested get enough documents to prove my usefulness to society ( home office suggested I relocate to Nepal) and hers..

I have asked for letters of support from local MP, town mayor, my hospital chielf executive so far (which should be fine..they know me well)

Anything else we can do while we wait? (One thing the solicitor suggested we can't do! Have a child! Getting too old for that!!)

Especially to strengthen the case for my wife

Volunteering work? (Can drive/has a car)
Provide free care for someone? (She has worked as carer in the past)

Any other suggestions/ideas will be appreciated 🙏
