London centres have always been the most difficult to get free appointments, need to be patient and persistent.

If you think the site is behaving in a strange way then report the issue to TLS.

https://vcas.tlscontact.com/country/gb/ ... elp-centre
and just out of the blue got a free appointment on a saturday ... crazy .. now on to documentations collection.
have listed the below documents from checklist with some queries..

Document list for both.

1. Full colour passport scan for both of us.
2. Proof of being in uk for last 5 years:
- scan of old passport and new passport covering last 5 years - Do i need to upload stamped pages in sequenece or just the whole passport pls ?
- Also have P60/P45 - will that help or needed ?
- self assessment filed as well each year ... is that valid or help ?
3. Degree certti
4. refree letters
5. naric

Anything else missing or required pls to upload on ?

thanks

Upload a scanned copy of the stamped pages on your passport covering the qualifying period - 5 years. If you have more than one passport covering that period then upload all the relevant pages on them.

You don't need P45s/P60s or self assessments for naturalisation :!:

Are you self-employed? If so, you will need to send your SA300 and SA302 for the last tax year.

my partner was director of a company but also working seperately... does SA300 SA302 still needed for her to be uploaded?

oh didnt mention this in the form ... just mentioned the employment... so course of action -

1. Add a cover letter with director details and upload on the tlscontact.Do i need to send the email as well please explaining it? are these the correct email id : FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk; nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk

2. Upload all Self assessment files from last 5 years ? We both have SA done each years so no issues on that ..

Thanks

Just upload a cover letter explaining that you couldn't tick both boxes, explain the applicant is a director for a company and upload SA300 and SA302 for the most recent tax year (2024-2025). No need to email them as you still haven't attended you biometric appointment.

yes just did the dummy app..
You can multi select select director and employee - then you give your compnay name .. now which company name it has to be as both are different... wow this is really absurd.. even if i wanted to add i cannot .. as i can enter only one of the things .. so what should the cover letter look like in format ? any suggestion pls

No need to write on the back of photo. Goes back to the paper days. The referee sheets are uploaded anyway so it doesn’t matter which order you scan.
Passport is for ID purposes. No other documents required. VFS don’t examine any documents and have no role in the UKVI application process.
