It appears there is some communication problems between UKVI and HMPO, for JCAP applications. HMPO not receiving Citizenship registration notification from UKVI. Further Nationality Enquiries (UKVI) and CSMT (HMPO) will get you some response.

AND HERE COMES THE UPDATE:

Received both children Registration certificates on 31st January 2018 ,certificates printed on 27th January 2018 so Iam considering it As approval date.certificates received via first class post.
Today (1st February 2018) Received text from HMPO that your new passports will be with you in few working days but got text from DX as well that they will deliver by Monday. So my children short journey to citizenship is ended ALHAMDULILLA.

Word of caution, the NCS&JCAP applications are not progressed as they should be because of no communication from UKVI to HMPO regarding the successful registration applications. This happened in my case and suggest people to chase it with HMPO as soon as their registration applications are successful.
