As they asking to me with all my dependent 2 photos each of us. Before it's not happened.
Hi,

your case is much complicated and go to the court and fight , never give up. you have a chance but its up to the judge if he can understand your arguments and you did mistake to went Ireland and its affect your case about children private family in the UK and its very difficult to succeed on 7 years rules but go to the court and fight and try to fight on asylum ground as well.
did you get right of Appeal?

Hi munirabid. It’s around 3 years I’m here in Uk. And don’t have any child. Do you have any clue what’s going on on fresh claim procedure?
Best wishes

Please reply im really worried about what will happen my kids born here and my daughter is almost 8 years and my son is almost 7 years and is also stateless and under 5 years rule. I'm separated from my husband. But I'm in the process of divorce. We are not living with my ex-husband from last and i had no contact with him at all not even my children. Our asylum main interview has been done on 16th August 2018. About 2 weeks before and biometrics are also been done. Any idea how long home office will take to give us the decision.? I can in the U.k in 2009 on student visa.
