I had to escalate, I sent a couple of emails to public enquiries, FOI requests and multiple chases and I wasn't expecting the certificate to be processed soon, maybe the case worker was notified of my repeated queries.

I had to escalate to Nationality Enquiries <NationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk> twice (once a month before the 6 month period and received the response to wait. After 6 month expiry - no response received) and also to MP. Received the response from MP stating he has written the letter to Visa and Immigration.

Finally received the certificate after nearly 7 months and now applying for British Passport.
