Hi Naz,

Same thing happened here, they returned everything including photos. I think they’ll use the photos taken at biometrics for the visa vignette.

Email receive 10 June 2018 : Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.
Email received today 19/07/2018: saying application isn’t straight forward.

Does anyone know what this mean I’m very scared and can’t stop crying its very stressful

I know its hard but try not to worry...just pray n have patience...i received an email like that too...it doesnt necessarily mean the visa will be refused but they may need more time to make a decision...get in touch with them if it gives u peace of mind but from what I've seen they mostly take time and its hard getting a straight answer from them...just dont lose hope...i can understand what your going through

Because they now scan everything on a system they have they will return everything u. So its normal

Hi there, i am from malaysia. i applied my spouse visa+ 1 dependent below 18 on 6th june 2018. We did the bio on the same date. Then we received email from sheffield on 14thjune- Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer. i made ihs payment for my daughter on 26th june2018 after i received the email for payment. After 30 working days, i sent email to them to ask our visa situation. The answer still under decision making. I asked for escalation and the guy said i have to wait for 15 working days. I feel so stress now because we paid for priority and until today i have’nt receive any message or email.
After i asked for escalation why i did not receive any notification email from visa office? Does anyone have the same experience before?

Passport Collect 27/07/18( Visa Granted).
I went to bangladesh to take my wife.
We entered UK 09/07/18.

No phone call or any enquiry from UKVI. They just deliver passport after 60 days as per their timeline.

hi when you recive email from HO 14th june also resive email ihs request topup payment same day or later u resive ihs topup payment today i resive email from HO but i didnt recive ihs request can u confirm me

On June 20th, we got emails for wife and child saying application are being prepared for entry clearance officer. A few minutes later, got another email asking us to pay for daughter's IHS which we did also then email them for confirmation.

They don't necessarily send it the same time, sometimes the IHS email request arrives later. What is your timeline?

They don't necessarily send it the same time, sometimes the IHS email request arrives later. What is your timeline?

they didnt consider sponsor is employee but sponsor is emply and not a director or shareholder of they company this time i summited accountant letter and company house doc to prove he is not director or shareholder all other requiment accpted only they create issue this

21st May I was told, its in a queue for a final assessment and all the checks are complete

It’s just a black hole.

How people can be treated this way is hard to accept.

Nearly 19 weeks for a non priority fiancé visa.

Escalated too many time to remember. When they are answered just get told decision soon and in final stages. Then weeks pass and nothing happens.

Involved MP 2 weeks ago. He wrote to Home Secretary and so far still nothing.

Even thinking about legal action, but taking on the government is a scary prospect and just want the application decided.

It’s crazy that if I had withdrawn the application at 12 weeks I could have already have reapplied as priority and got a decision, except for the cost of applying twice.
