British Citizenship and dependent

Hello forum,

I would say thank you in advance. Please could you make this clear to me.

I got ILR last year on long residency basis and completing 1year in February 2016.
I am planning to apply for the citizenship in February...say 20th February 2016.

1.Is there any new rule I need to consider? -

2.My spouses got ILR depended since April 2015. and she's been in UK since Feb 2013.
When could she apply for citizenship?
