2015 Citizenship Approvals

"He has made everything beautiful in its time".....Folks the rain of approval is here again and all your expectations will become a reality in this wonderful time. I received my approval letter this morning dated the 21st of April.

I would like say a big thank you to everyone on this forum and also to encourage all the people waiting for approval to be patient, "though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come". Below is my timeline once again and good luck to you all.

Application date :17th of June
1st Acknowledgement letter with further documents required 26th of June.
submitted requested document on the 28th of June.
2nd Acknowledgment letter : 28th of July
GNIB renewal sent 14th of October.
Application place on hold pending EU treaty right decision:10th of February 2015
Process resumed: 10th of March 2015
Approval date: 21st of April, 2015.

Got my approval yesterday.

Application Date: First week of October 2014
1st Acknowledgment Date: 2nd week of October 2014
2nd Stage Letter: Last week of October 2014

March 2015: Updated GNIB requested, sent, and received confirmation
22nd April: Approved! (dated 20th April)

6 and a half months altogether. Best of luck to all who are waiting.

renember kunsky wat i said between 21st april and 27th april so my assumption was right dont know where janesx us coming from my assumption are wrong...

Let's just hope the ones who applied in early 2015 get approvals soon as well.

doesnt seems to be many approval definatly small ceremony before july in cork

i email them today and got reply after an hour

Your application is currently being processed. While it is not possible to
give an exact time frame, this office will be in touch as soon as a decision
has been reached.

Start a sentence with a negative. In the middle of it (without pontuation) changes to a certainty.

1st of all: definatly is not a word!
Pity they dept of justice here is not serious like in the UK, Germany and other countries where a language test is applied before the citizenship is granted.

2nd of all: there's no such thing as definitely until the INIS release a statement. Is that simple!

Enough said! I just wish mods here were present/active like on websites like Boards.ie...

People who had applied in Jan/Feb 2015, has anybody received second acknowledgement letter so far? I applied in the end of Feb and still didn't get it

I applied on the last week of January and received second stage letter on the 2nd of April.

Nothing since, although I reckon it might take a while.

Sent an email to Inis couple of days ago and got this reply

Your application is at an advanced stage & will be submitted to the
Minister for decision as expeditiously as possible.

I heard somebody was saying that the next ceremony could be in court so hopefully when they announce it they going to issue some approvals

1st acknowledgment: 29th September 2014
2nd acknowledgment: 17th October 2014
Approval: still waiting

i submitted my irish naturalisation application on 25 of march 2015 but still not got first acknowledgement letter from them yet
do any one know how long it takes and is their any one else in same situation ? cheers thank
