This puts a stop to a very lengthy process with HO with very many unknown parameters. Glad that I've reached the end of it safe and sound

It seems PO is using DHL nowadays which is way better than TNT so they are actually taking feedback seriously.
Before the application was to be approved, I got a notification that my HO travel document is to be canceled and returned to UKVI. Then a day after, got another notification to send my documents to a different place (CORBY!). Sounded erratic, called them to query and they said the notification to resend is not on their system so perhaps it's a mishap.
on Monday morning the application was approved.

I wish they could improve the clarity on how to deal with HO TDs application.

Tip: after the application is approved you can try to track the delivery on TNT website before you even get the notification it has been printed, just use the application reference number and your postcode. I knew one day ahead of getting the printing confirmation that I'll receive it next day.

Supporting documents received on 17 March, sent using TNT. They didn't take proper care of the envelope and bent it even though it was written in bold 'do not bend' .

Tip: after the application is approved you can try to track the delivery on TNT website before you even get the notification it has been printed, just use the application reference number and your postcode. I knew one day ahead of getting the printing confirmation that I'll receive it next day.
Tip 2: if you paid for secure delivery, you can track the supporting documents on TNT website using the same application reference number and postcode, they'll be associated with both deliveries.
