My job outside the UK started Jan 2012, and the monthly income is very little, but I got a big bonus this month.
I have not registered with HMRC yet, and I intend to renew my visa in July, is it too late to registered with HMRV now?

It does depend however on a couple of factors and it's worth getting some professional advice on the matter.
