Need advice on this,
I came to uk on April 2004 under HSMP
got myself enrolled with MBA Part Time from University of Wales, Newport UK, the enrolment letter (from the Univ) was submitted to home office when I got the HSMP extension in Feb 2004
My visa is getting expired on Feb 2008
but the final result will be out in March 2008, University is happy to give me a latter stating that I have cleared all the module but awaiting final results on Dissertation in March 2008I am failing new HSMP point system on this please advise
