First of all I would like to thank to all people who share their experiences and suggestions here. They are much helpful.
I am planning apply HSMP in 1st week of Feb. I will be taking IELTS exam on 13th and I will get the result at the end of this month. I am out of country applicant. But I am going to show my UK Earnings. Because I had been there for last two years as a Working Holiday Maker. I returned back home in Nov. These are list of documents I want to submit
Educations: 35 points
Evidence: Master degree certificate and Naric letter
Income: 45 points (want to claim for the period from Nov05 to Oct 06. i.e. taking 12 months out of last 15 months)
Evidence: P60 (last year), P45 (for this year. I got it because I left the job), original wage slips and original bank statements
Uk Experience: 5 points
Age: 10 points:
Evidence: original DOB certificate and Original driving licence (Indian license)
It looks fine for me also but I had one question. I was getting paid on weekly basis. So I had 52 payslips for one year. But these pay slips are not on company letterhead. They are on payroll paper and they are not signed. Even they dont have company watermark on it. As I moved out of UK, I can not get them signed now. Moreover they are 52

According to new HSMP rules, if the wage slips are not on company letter head, they need to be signed and stamped. In my case they are not in that form. But my P60, P45 and bankstatements will reflect the pay.
Could anybody please suggest me, what should I do for pay slips.
One more thing, I was rejected earlier with old rules. I applied for review. It is still in the process. I was rejected on experiece ground. Do I need to cancel that review request before making fresh application under new rules.
I am sorry for lengthy post. It would be great if someone give suggestions on my case.
Thank you very much,
Santosh
