Delayed 87 days initially before coming to UK

Hi All,
Advice is highly appreciated on below please;

I got HSMP visa (for 2 years) in 28th May 2008.
I came to UK on the 22nd August 2008.
I delayed 87 days initially before coming to UK due to the 3 months leaving notice given to the previous company.

I got extension (for 3 years) in 2010.
I went back to India for 14 days in between 2008-2013.

I will be going to ILR PEO appointment on the 5th June 2013.

I don't have any issues apart from the concern on the 87 days initial delay.

Do you think this will be an issue to get ILR or do you think I need to get another extension? not ILR?

Arrival - 26/10/08

89 days including arrival day.
am I eligible for ILR?
