Let me clear one thing,I applied in Aug-2006 and rejected by the HO on 30-Jan-2007 due to the above allegations now I have applied for Review

Hi Ranchers,

Can see u were refused under the old rule. I had a similar problem wen they said my work experience was satisfactory enough and didnt think it was graduate level role and they didnt check with my former employers.

To be honest with you, a review will take long cos in my 1st application, it took like 2months to get back and was still refused. 2nd review is still with them since oct 2006 but mean time i applied under the new rule, which is just straight forward and got approved within 3wks.....(applied mid jan and got approved early feb 2007).

So wud suggest u just apply under new rule although the fee is going to be up to £400 in April 1st, so guess u still have couple of days to pay the £3xx now.

But make sure u submit ur P60 for the period claimed, 12months payslips, Letter from employer stating how much u have earned during the claimed period and also ur bank a/c showing ur salary been paid into it, so that the caseworker/HO wont have any reason to refuse u on earnings.

If you did ur degree in UK, just a letter from ur uni stating that ur degree was taught in ENGLISH and also showing the date ur DEGREE was AWARDED and ur details (d.o.b, full name etc).

If you can get all, ur application shud be approved within 3wks or so.

Good luck!
