a boy fallen out of the sky: Do you believe him ?

Post by askmeplz82 » Tue Dec 03, 2013 2:46 pm

A mystery foreign teenager who does not know his name, age or nationality and has never been to school has been found in a city centre

He speaks Urdu, Hindi and basic English and says he came to the UK when he was around six

He doesn't know his own name or his country of origin. We don't know how long he has been in the UK - all we know is that he tells us he got on a bus in London and arrived in Coventry.'

Given my contributions on the 'other' thread - I'm going to sit this one out - but it'll be entertaining to watch.

I think the whole story is just bull.

The guy is an illegal immigrant (or a member of a big family who are staying in UK illegaly) and he has been coached properly to give this story in the hope he will get some kind of status in UK.

The guy know nothing about himself, not even his name and he somehow knows how to go to a solicitor and get a letter from a solicitor certifying him as stateless. I wonder what that letter reads like " I certify that this boy with no name, and about whom nothing is known is stateless".

Also, someone who does not even know his name, somehow has already tried to claim asylum.

If he goes on hunger strike he'll get ILR for sure.

UKBA is resurrecting the HSMP visa - Hunger Strike Might Provision visa....

He's obviously so determined to live here he must be granted ILR straightway, because not enough trees are being hugged and not enough Guardians are being read.

Well don't know what to say on this joke but have laughed so hard that almost farted lolzz

Many people from Pakistan have successfully gained BC after claiming asylum on the base that they are from Afghanistan due to just the fact that they speak pastho which is spoken in both the countries so you can't differentiate as both of the country's residents look same and speak the same language so its easy to say I am from the one I am claiming to be from and that they have a fear of persecuation if they are returned back to 'their' country Afghanistan when in reality they are from pakistan and have never ever even been to Aghanistan in their entire miserable lives based on utter lie.

Its just like if you speak french and you claim that I am from france but in fact you are from Belgium, luxembourg, switzerland or any other neighbouring country where french is spoken by a significant proportion of the country's population.

Asylum seekers are economic migrants. This fleeing persecution is just a drama. If you want come to UK and do not fit into any rules, then you can come here as an asylum seeker. As soon as these people are granted citizenships, first thing they do is visit their home country, where they are supposed to be persecuted. Probably the persecutors have a custom that they do not persecute people with British passports.

My heart goes out to this guy though. He has been kept in capativity since he was 6 years old. Poor guy does not even know his own name. But I shall thank God Almighty that gave him intelligence to get a letter from solicitor and even tried to apply for asylum. It is so heart touching to know that as soon as he escapes from captivity the first thing this poor boy thought was asylum.

Ayyubi 72 i think it is wrong for you to say that all asylum seekers are economic immigrants.Asylum seekers come in all categories rich poor very rich.

It is not easy to get asylum you have to prove otherwise.
