I just returned from the Consulate office here in Atlanta, I am officially a Brit. I also received my Certificate of Registration. I was a bit surprised, I was under the impression that I would have to wait a couple of weeks for it to be mailed.
I would like to thank all the members of the forum for the advice I received. I must say this forum is more informed that the Home Office on every subject.
