Questions:
1) I want to determine whether a non-EEA national with Permanent Residence card is able to bring another non-EEA national family member to the UK (ie spouse).
Background:
1) I am a non-EEA national
2) I have obtained my rights to reside permanently in the UK on the basis of being a non-EEA national child of an EU national.
3) I would like to get married and bring my spouse to the UK, but I am concerned whether she would qualify for a 5-year residence card of a family member of an EEA-national on the basis of my permanent residence.
4) I am working full time and live independently.
