Does withdrawing an application have a negative effect?

Hi,

We are thinking about cancelling my partner's application for ILR, which we submitted through a Settlement Checking Service yesterday.

No payment has been taken but we wonder whether this may have a negative effect on her application when we re-submit as we'd like to go through the premium service instead having received the extra funds to do so today (the day after submitting!)
