Can I apply for Father's immigration visa

Hello,

I received my indefinite visa on 10th Apr 2014 on the basis of long residence 10 years. My wife got the FLR (M) visa on May 2014. She has been living in uk since Dec 2010. I have two children and their MN1 british citizenship applications are in process with home office. I am receiving housing benefit from council.

I want to apply for my father's immigration visa from Pakistan. He is a bank officer in Pakistan. I have two brothers and two sister and they all are living in Pakistan. My sisters are married. My parents are divorced and my father is not living with my brothers and mother. He lives alone.

My question is that, in these circumstances, can I apply for my father's immigration visa? What will be the procedure and which application form do I need to use for this purpose? Please advise me.

Not possible for given conditions.

Virtually no parent settlement visas are being issued due to the extremely tough conditions. If you don't meet these conditions the application will be refused:
"Relatives must demonstrate that they require a level of long-term personal care
as a result of age, illness or disability, which can only be provided by their relative in the UK
and without recourse to public funds. “Long-term personal care” is regarded as help to
perform everyday tasks such as washing, dressing and cooking. If the applicant is able to
obtain the required level of care in their own country with practical and financial help from the
UK-based sponsor, they will not be eligible for a visa. "
