ILR which Application SET(o) ?

Hi,

I have Tier 1 General and my wife Tier 1 G dependent.

We are applying for ILR . Can you please confirm which form I need to fill ? Do I need to fill two separate forms or only one form enough ?

Yes,she is also eligible for ILR. So we use SET(O) for both.
