ILR english lang reqmnt BE:Pt Ravishankar Shukla Uni,Raipur

Hi ,

I have completed my BE from Pt Ravishankar Shukla University,Raipur(Chattisgarh),India.
I am applying for ILR along with my husband this May.NAric recognises my degree in the PBS calculator(scored 30) but, it does not show any points for Eng Lang skills(scored 0).
I know that either i have to sit for the test OR the other way is I have to get an named letter from my University stating that degree is taught in english...
I want to know that
1)Have anyone from the same university have applied for ILR ? Was the application successful,in the sense that NARIC issued a letter stating that degree was taught in English and UKBA has accepted the same ?
2) Do i have to get 2 letters i)Addressed to Naric 2)Addressed to case worker/UKBA home office?
3)Does anyone has sample of the letter?
