Urgent - Tier 4 switching to Tier 2

Post by LMMW » Tue Jan 20, 2015 8:27 pm

Hi all,

My first application Tier 4 switching to Tier 2 was refused due to a mistake by entering 40-hour working week instead of 39-hour working week on the CoS.

My employer issued me a new CoS, I'm doing my second application now using the online application service. I have noticed that there isn't an option to select which university I graduated from. I completed the application without having to provide any information about my Tier 4 sponsor. Also when it got the the document checklist section, it doesn't show that I need to send the certificate of award and transcript to them as part of the application. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Many thanks in advance!

On line application needs back up documents sent to them within 15(?) days of application normally.
Check the guidance on the system.

Many thanks for your reply, Frontier Mole

I haven't paid for the application yet, as unsure if there was a problem with the online application, emailed HO online E-support, but they advised that there wasn't any issue.

I tried to select Student instead of Tier 4 Student as current permit, then there is the option to select what qualification I have, and the certificate of award appeared on the documents checklist.

It's strange, maybe I should use online service and print out the application form instead.

Stick with tier 4 drop down menu route as that is what you are.
If they need documents they will ask for them.

Thank you for the advice, will stick with Tier 4.

Will keep updating if I hear anything from online support regarding this issue.
