320(11) paragraph looking advice

Hi ,

I came in 2003 illegal ,I met my partner in 2006 ,start living together in 2009 and got religiously married in 2010 .i been detain in 2013 when my partner got indefinite leave to remain in 2013,while iam in detention I put FLRO under article 8 which refused in 3 month while I was in detention then I lodge JR in 2014 and got bail after 8 month in detention :( on sign condition . While I was in detention my partner become British national as well, My JR refused in 2015 after 1 year since I granted bail .iam going on sign every month since I got bail , I gave noticed to get registered my marriage ,after 70 days home office gave me permission to registered my wedding ,now recently I got married with my partner by UK law


My question is what are the chances I have got legalise my status in UK she earn 20k per annum ,I passed ielts a1 exam as well.

I heard about 320 (11) paragraph.

Please experts give me right direction.

Unless you have children an application under right to family has little chance of succeeding. Your best move would be to return to your home country and apply from there for a Spouse settlement visa. You won't be refused under 320(7b), but you could be refused under 320(11) for 'frustration the Immigration Rules if you have amongst other things used false papers.
