British Citizenship for long term EU resident

What are the legal requirements and procedures for a long term EU resident (over 25 years) and tax payer in the UK, when requesting a UK citizenship/passport? Thanks.

Check the permitted period of absence, whether you meet the 'good character' conditions and you'll need to pass B1 English and the Life in the UK test.
