No e-mails for my Tier (1) SET O application

My Application Timeline for ILR SET(O) - single no dependent

Application sent: 25/06/2015
Money Deducted: 26/06/2015
Confirmation Letter: NONE
Biometric Letter received: 29/06/2015
Biometrics done: 15/07/2015
NO AUTOMATED E-MAILS SINCE THEN

I am worried why I am not getting automated e-mails from HO ?

Should I get in touch with them and check?

Any hope !
