ILR (LR) On Hold, Query about Dependent

I am on Tier 1(G) and applied for my ILR (LR) a week ago via Same Day service but HO has put my application on hold for further checks. Now I am confused what to do with my wife's visa. She is on Tier 1 (G) Dependent and her visa will be running out in 2 weeks time. My intention was to apply for my wife's visa by Postal application once I get my own ILR sorted. Since my own application has been put on hold and we don't know how long this would take, I am unsure what options I have got with regards to my wife's visa. Can I still apply for her visa when I haven't got decision for my own application? If yes, what application we should make and do we need to make this application before her current leave expires? I am not worried about my son's visa as he was born in UK so I believe I can register him as MN1 (even if his current leave expires) once I get my own ILR hopefully.
All responses will be greatly appreciated!

Do you have any tax issues (income declared to HO different to HMRC etc).

When does your current visa expire?

My current leave expires in about 2 weeks time. There were few Gross pay issues which I have already discussed in another forum. Now, I want to inquire what options I have got with regards to my wife's visa.

Not sure you have any as her status is dependent on yours. Not much time to apply for a Tier 4 or anything.

There will be some I am sure, I thought this is quite a common case.

Hi there, same thing happened to us and I posted my ILR dependant application quoting the case ref number given to my husband in PEO appointment after contacting home office and also included the copy of the letter given to him saying his application is hold. Its been six months now and we are still waiting :(

Make sure you post her application before her visa runs out!!!

Hi

I agree with JollyJolly. The only option you've is send your wife's postal application in before her leave expires quoting the case ref number given to you. Do not forget to attach the letter you've received from HO. All the best.
