Time spent under Tier 1 when applying for ILR as a spouse

Time spent under Tier 1 when applying for ILR as a spouse

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know if time spent under Tier 1 entrepreneur will be counted towards 5 years qualifying period when applying for ILR If the applicant switched and currently is on spouse visa ?

Not for ILR as the clock would have reset to a 5 year route on switching to spouse. It would count however if applying for ILR under 10 year Long Residency.
(Casa, not CR001)
