UKVI Home office - Contact information?

Hi, in case any have information that may be useful for me
My spanish wife and I (non EEA) applied together for registration certificate and residence card.
Asked for both passports to be returned as soon as posible since we travel for business reasons.
After 3 weeks non EEA passport is back...but after 5 weeks EEA passport is still missing.
So:
1- is there a way to contact them to check where the passport is?
2- is there a way to contact UKVI regarding the COA that was not received yet?
