How should I send the documents and how will I get it back ?

How should I send the documents and how will I get it back ?

I am planning to apply for HSMP from Bangalore this weekend. I saw many communications regarding courier and pick-up issues etc. and bit cofused.

Can anybody please clarify :

1. How do I send the document - by courier (if so, by which one - FedEx, DHL, BlueDart) ? Or, By normal registeed Post ?

2. How will the document and approval letters be sent back to me ? Shoud I make any special arrangement for the pickup or provide some letter providing any explanation ?

Please suggset.
