Birth Certificate / Bank Statement

I have couple of queries. Can some please help me out?

1) My birth certificate has contents written in both local language and in English. ie format is Local Language / English.
I feel the caseworkers may get confused since the contents are there in both languages and they will not be knowing, what is written in local language. Is it better to get the documents translated by a professional translator?

2) In documents like Birth Certificate, Degree certificate. My name is printed as Vimal K. But bank statements / salary slip my name is printed as Vimal Kumar will this be an issue by any chance?

3) My bank statements get generated 16th of every month. I am planning to show this month’s salary ie Jan 08 salary as well so that I get sufficient points 80 points. In this case I need to wait till 16th Feb 08 to get original bank statement to show salary credit for the month of Jan.
The other option would be I could get online statement for the month of Jan only and get it sealed and signed. Hence my earnings proof would be - original statements (till Jan) + online statement (for month of Jan alone). Will this be an issue as Guidance says the evidence must be consistent? Or the option is to wait till 16 Feb. and then apply. . But I feel there could be chances that some new rules can come up in the mean while.

Please suggest me how to proceed on?
