How should i answer Employment and Income Section Visitor

I am preparing to apply visitor visa for my mother she's widow lady and not working and she is traveling for 2 weeks only she also issued visit visa in past 2013 traveled to uk for 2 weeks

My mother personal monthly income from FD is £250.00 GBP
and also i jointly invested with my mother in FD and generate monthly income £500.00 our total income calculated £750 GBP which is quite good as per local standard.

both FD investments encashable any time on request letter from bank incharge is attached
and signed affidavit from me also attached to support of joint investment and monthly income
i also have savings bank account statement of past six months but i am avoiding as it contain transaction of excess claimed income.

Only accommodation is provided by sponsor daughter.
please help me to fill this section as per matching claimed income.
