British Citizenship - previous overstayer

Hi guys , hope everyone is well . My status is indefinite leave to remain (refugee settlements) so
My question is about British citizenship.
I came uk 2009 as a spouse and 2012 I applied for different visa but I was overstayed that time and I got asylum 2013 so my question is as I got indefinite leave to remain now so can I apply for British citizenship as 5 years basis or they will refuse my application coz before my asylum I was overstayed? I need some genuine advice pls

Very likely as you will fail the Good Character requirement.
