I am self employed ILR holder wants UK VISA for my Wife and new born from India

Post by vkumar135 » Fri Nov 30, 2018 9:41 am

Hi,
I got my ILR in June 2018 and my wife is on PBS dependant Visa. She came UK in December 2016. She is pregnant now and went India this October to Deliver baby. Her Visa will expire on March 2019 and she is planning to come back on May 2019 .She cannot come before that.
Below is the current situation
* I was on permanent job till August 2018 then started my own Limited company and now working as a contractor
* My wife and my new born both will need Visa

Please suggest what documents will I require if I am self employed now .Can I apply Visa for both in May 2019 considering I have started my Limited company in August 2018.

Thanks
Vivek

Would have been simpler to have the baby in the UK as the baby would have been automatically British and you could have extended your spouses visa before she went to India.
